Who are they: Middle school and High school teens who want to know God and find
answers to life's questions.
What do they do: Hang out 2 to 3 times a week to; play sports, card games, bowling,
go to concerts, go to youth rallies, over-niters, Bible studies, witnessing, worshipping God, making videos, x-box parties.
When: Sunday's at 10:45 a.m. for Sunday school after main service.
Sunday 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. for youth group.
Wednesday
at 7:00 p.m. for Bible study.
Where: Tekonsha First Baptist 914 N. Main.
Tell me more: The unique thing that Tekonsha First Baptist Youth Group (a.k.a. "The Connection") offers is a direct source for teens of all backgrounds and ages to have someone to relate with, confide
in and have free access to ask anything. The way they do this is by providing a Youth Pastor who is completely
dedicated to helping the youth and to provide answers to any question they may have.
More about the Youth Pastors: The Connection is working with New Tribe Bible Institute of Jackson, to
be able to provide a Youth Pastor who is actively striving after God and to knowing His Word, the Bible. Currently Jason
and Laken Cizdziel are the Youth Pastors for "The Connection." You

Who are the Cizdziel's:
Jason and Laken
Cizdziel are from Stafford, VA and are 45 years old, combined. Jason is a two-time medalist in the Stafford Classic Badminton
Tournament and enjoys Chinese food tremendously. Laken, on the other hand, can’t stand Chinese food but instead enjoys
yoga and spending time with her pet hedgehog named Achilles. Jason and Laken were married on May 22, 2010 and celebrated their
first year anniversary by skydiving in Hawaii. Both Jason and Laken have purposed themselves to help take the gospel of Jesus
Christ to a place where the people have never heard it before and plant a church there. They are also extremely grateful for
the opportunity to shepherd the students of Tekonsha and to help them know Christ more.
